Return Policy
- Customers must check and try their order while the delivery agent is present.
- If there is any issue, the item(s) must be returned immediately with the delivery agent.
- Once the agent leaves, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
- If an order includes multiple items, partial returns are not allowed—the entire order must be kept or returned as a whole.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for items returned at the time of delivery.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
