Shipping Time

Delivery Process

• If there is any issue, the item(s) must be returned immediately with the agent.
• Once the agent leaves, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
• For orders with multiple items, partial returns are not allowed—the entire order must be kept or returned as a whole.
